No setup fee and no long-term contract. Pay monthly and cancel any time.
Who counts as a provider?+
Anyone who sees patients under their own license and has a calendar: MD, DO, NP, PA, and licensed aestheticians in med spas. Nurses, MAs, front desk and billing staff are free.
Can I bring my data from OptiMantra?+
Yes. We import patients, appointments and memberships from CSV exports, and help move chart PDFs. Card numbers move processor-to-processor.
Can I use it with real patients today?+
Not on this demo site. Production use requires our HIPAA-hosted environment with a signed BAA. See Security & HIPAA.
